Catch up on email, finish your favorite book, take a nap or just lie around on one of several outdoor balconies. Oceanside balconies are furnished with quality outdoor furniture.
Expect high-end upgrades throughout the penthouses: King sized beds, a master bathroom equipped with a glass-surrounded tub and shower enclosure, a spacious walk in closet, a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer and much more! Our kitchens come complete with stainless appliances, elegant wood cabinetry and service for six! Did I mention that local calls and calls to the United States and Canada are FREE???
Book a tour at one of Costa Rica's famous attractions or take advantage of some of the world's best surfing spots! Bahia Encantada, 2007 Property of the Year, is a short 10 minute walk to the center of town! No need for a car here, because practically everywhere in downtown Jaco is within walking distance! Most taxi rides within the downtown area will cost around $2.00!
In order to accommodate our larger parties, these penthouses are located next to each other - making TWO 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath, penthouse condos with rooftop balconies - for parties of up to 12 people available!!!
We will be happy to arrange transportation to and from the airport - or anywhere within the country for that matter, with our fully insured English speaking driver. Advance reservations are required.
